CARDIO
Dance
Dance is a hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises creating a heart-pumping workout to keep your body in constant motion.
Dance is easy to follow, synchronized movements that repeat. You do not need to have dance experience to participate in this class. It's all about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time!
Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing class combines bodyweight strength training and balance exercises with heart pumping cardio exercises.
We’ll jab, punch and kick our way through 45 minutes of upper body, lower body and core exercises.
Kickboxing is a full body workout burns major calories while sculpting your midsection from every angle.
Step
Step is a new twist on traditional step aerobics. Routines are set to old and new school hip hop music making for a high energy cardio workout.Step is a full body aerobic workout that is fun and addicting! Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio, this class is for you!​

Barre & Pilates
Barre & Pilates is a fusion class that blends all of the low impact resistance training of Barre along with the lean muscle toning of pilates into one class!
This class is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health
Pound ®
POUND® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
Sculpt & Step
Sculpt & Step combines toning with cardio in an interval style high energy class! Mixing in resistance training to sculpt & tone ”trouble areas”. Cardio intervals on the step boards will increase your heart rate, burn fat & boost endurance.
Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio. Modifications for beginners or those with injuries. Advance steps for those looking to level up! No experience necessary, for all fitness levels & ages.
STRENGTH
Full Body
With a strong emphasis on proper form, this foundational class will teach you the basic movements of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength.
Strength training boosts metabolism, increases bone density and builds lean muscles that fuel fat loss. Full body will teach you to use weight to engage your whole body, improving balance and coordination and increasing functional strength.
Lower Body & Core
This class focuses on movements that target and strengthen the muscles in and around your legs and glutes, with a little cardio included throughout to challenge your aerobic capacity.
You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. This class is for all levels, but these moves are meant to challenge you.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning is a total body conditioning workout that is hyper focused on fat burn. Get ready for a fresh, dynamic way to work out! Adding extra weight, resistance equipment to hard-core circuit training techniques for a total-body workout designed to burn maximum fat. Modifications available for all levels, beginners to advanced
Upper Body & Core
This strength-building and muscle-toning class features a series of familiar exercises and training methods in a pulse-pounding, chest-thumping format.

You’ll lift, push and pull your way to strong, tone muscles from the hips up in this guided weight-training workout that moves from set to set, and incorporates a round of core work and metabolic conditioning. Moves can be modified to your fitness level. This class is your core, arms, chest and back day.
