Find your flow with this high-intensity strength routine. Learn new kettlebell skills and master fun, choreographed kettlebell and animal flows with full-body HIIT and strength training intermediate workout plan.


Tuesdays at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturdays at 7:30am - 8:15am
