Nutrition Coaching


Every time we eat or drink we are either promoting or fighting disease.

Our approach is NOT a fad diet. With fad diets there is not wiggle room for life. You are left counting, measuring, depriving yourself of foods you love and losing weight only to gain it back. Fad diets restrict important macronutrients from your diet and push you to over consume others. It is important to eat a balance of all macronutrients in order for our bodies to perform at a cellular level. Ditch your strict lists, dos & do nots and let’s get back to the basics. 


When you learn the basics of nutrition, you will see that you can easily get back on track when you lose focus. You will see the value of food. Choose to eat foods to nourish you body and not your cravings. Change your mindset to eat mindfully instead of consuming foods without intention aimlessly. We will show you how to focus on quality of food instead of calorie counts. 

The goal behind our program is to create an environment where you learn the real science behind dieting and discover what works best for YOU! People are great at initially losing weight but have a hard time keeping it off because their approach was unsustainable for their lifestyle. We use a flexible dieting strategy to help your learn how to fuel your body for your specific goals.

We start with an initial consultation questionnaire that helps get to know you better. We dive deep into your current eating habits and routine around food. It also includes questions about your personal life and fitness routine, as they are all very important in changing your relationship with food. From there, we create a macro program that is customized for you.

Nutrition will become the fuel for your workouts. Our program is personalized to your goals. Our goal is to give you back confidence. Confidence in your ability, your body, your strength and in the process. Balance will become your lifestyle and not just something you HAVE to do. You will feel amazing and WANT to maintain.

How it works...



During your free consultation we will discuss your goals & motivation for a nutrition coaching. We will go over some basics of my program and set a date to get started!

First Week

Once we have your program goals set and consultation meeting has taken place, we can begin. The first week is used to establish your habits and lifestyle. This helps me set a base line for your normal diet.


Once we have discussed your goals and established your habits, we will start tracking your macronutrients. We will go over all of your information, I will set weekly goals for you to not overwhelm you with the new lifestyle you are starting. Measurements will be taken to track progress and you will begin to track your macronutrients based on the guidelines I give you. 


Each week you will feel the benefits of counting macros! Your system will flush, your metabolism will balance and you will be able to see the scale move in your favor. Best part is there is NO restrictive lists, NO avoiding foods, NO missing out on events/parties and NO stress!
