SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training provides the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer, while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.

Morning Small Groups

Each group runs monthly. Sessions meet twice a week.

Mon / Wed 6:00 am - 6:45 am

Limit 12 people per group

Full body circuit workouts with emphasis on strength & stability. Built in accountability to keep you motivated and reach your goals.
