Stay consistent this summer & keep working towards your wellness goals. 

Details

  • Series runs for 4 weeks

  • There are two sessions per week split into upper body & lower body.

  • Weekly sessions on Monday & Wednesday mornings.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes at 6:00am - 6:45am

  • $160 per person // $20 per session

  • Pay per session or in full
