BARRE (B.I.I.T.)
LOW IMPACT TONING & CORE
B.I.I.T = Barre Intensity Interval Training
Barre is a unique format of low impact exercises with high impact options to accommodate all fitness levels!
BIIT is based on using two different exercise styles during specific intervals to challenge our entire body: Elevated Heart Rate exercises and Strength exercises. Our goal for BIIT is to see a rise and fall in the heart rate throughout each circuit.
High Intensity intervals to raise heart rate with focus on muscle burn. Low intensity intervals to burn muscle while focusing on targeted trouble areas.
BARRE & PILATES
LOW IMPACT TONING & CORE
Barre & Pilates is a fusion class that blends all of the low impact resistance training of Barre along with the lean muscle toning of pilates into one class!
This class is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health
DYNAMIC DUO
STRENGTH / CARDIO /CORE
Get set for a double dose of strength. In this unique full-body workout with a focus on your core, you’ll target your muscles using compound and multi-joint exercises with weights.
Work on your power and explosive strength with this combo workout that will get you sweating!
This class is focused on weighted multi-joint exercises that will strengthen your whole body and get your heart rate pumping.
FULL BODY
STRENGTH / CARDIO /CORE
Full Body focuses on your whole body through interval work, circuits, supersets, and strength complexes that can be modified for every fitness level. Prepare to mix it up, have fun, and enjoy the journey to your strongest self.
With a strong emphasis on proper form, this foundational class will teach you the basic movements of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength.
GENTLE YIN YOGA
SLOW PACED
Gentle Yin Yoga is slower and more meditative. Sink into a deeper connection of body and mind in this serene, meditative experience. You’ll be guided through relaxing postures with longer holds, (1-5 min.) designed to access deeper flexibility in both muscle and connective tissue.

GENTLE YOGA
ALL LEVELS
This class incorporates simple slow flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, breathwork, balance, and flexibility.
Create space to set your intention for the day, and enjoy the benefits of a focused mind, open heart, and awakened body. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

KETTLEBELL & CORE
STRENGTH & ENDURANCE
Kettlebell & Core involves a multidimensional approach to fitness by working various muscle groups simultaneously. This class focuses on improving your strength and full range of motion using kettlebells to build strength and endurance.
LINE DANCING
EASY TO FOLLOW / LOW IMPACT
Line Dancing is easy to follow, synchronized movements that repeat. You do not need to have dance experience to participate in this class. It's all about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time!
POUND ®
ROCKOUT WORKOUT
POUND® Rockout Workout is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

SCULPT & STEP
STRENGTH & CARDIO
Sculpt & Step combines toning with cardio in an interval style high energy class!Mixing in resistance training to sculpt & tone ”trouble areas”.
Cardio intervals on the step boards will increase your heart rate, burn fat & boost endurance. Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio.
SCULPT CIRCUITS
LOW IMPACT TONING
Sculpt Circuits is a high energy, low impact toning class. We will love around the room in a circuit format. Each station will have a different exercise to tone and sculpt your total body. Targeting those "trouble areas" with resistance training and intervals of cardio.
Modifications available for all levels.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength & Conditioning keeps the rest short and intensity high while building strength and conditioning with weights.
This type of training is the most effective way to get in shape as it ignites your metabolism to keep you burning more energy, even at rest.
From strength supersets to cardio work to ab circuits, these classes will push you to your limit. But on the other side, prepare to see and feel a stronger you.
TOTAL BODY TABATA
BEGINNING / INTERMEDIATE
This fun, high-energy HIIT workout features the tabata training method : 20 second work / 10 seconds of rest.
Get your heart pumping and body moving. Move more, rest less! Strength & Cardio intervals for a killer full body blast.
Modifications available for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
YOGA
BEGINNING / INTERMEDIATE
This class is for beginning and continuing yoga students. Variations of postures are introduced as you gain awareness of body, breath and mental focus. The gradual development of the postures leads to increased strength, flexibility and endurance. Modifications and challenges provided.
