Class Descriptions

BARRE BASICS
LOW IMPACT TONING & CORE

Barre Basics is a no mat, low impact toning class. Maximize your results by going back to the basics. You’ll learn the fundamental shapes, movements, and alignment typically found in a barre class. Prepare to sculpt and tone your entire body, power up your core, and build strength.  

CARDIO STEP
Choreographed Aerobics

Cardio Step is a new twist on traditional step aerobics. Routines are set to old and new school hip hop music making for a high energy cardio workout.

Cardio Step is a full body aerobic workout that is fun and addicting! Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio, this class is for you!

Modifications for beginners or those with injuries. Advance steps for those looking to level up!

No experience necessary, for all fitness levels & ages.

BARRE & PILATES
LOW IMPACT TONING & CORE

Barre & Pilates is a fusion class that blends all of the low impact resistance training of Barre along with the lean muscle toning of pilates into one class!

This class is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health

DYNAMIC DUO
STRENGTH / CARDIO /CORE

Get set for a double dose of strength. In this unique full-body workout with a focus on your core, you’ll target your muscles using compound and multi-joint exercises with weights. 

 

Work on your power and explosive strength with this combo workout that will get you sweating!

 

This class is focused on weighted multi-joint exercises that will strengthen your whole body and get your heart rate pumping.

CARDIO COMBO
LOW IMPACT TONING & CORE

Cardio combo is a fusion class of Kickboxing & Pound!

 

Cardio kickboxing class combines bodyweight strength training and balance exercises with heart pumping cardio exercises. We’ll jab, punch and kick our way through upper body, lower body and core exercises.

 

Next half of class is POUND® Rockout Workout is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

FULL BODY
STRENGTH / CARDIO /CORE

Full Body focuses on your whole body through interval work, circuits, supersets, and strength complexes that can be modified for every fitness level. Prepare to mix it up, have fun, and enjoy the journey to your strongest self.

With a strong emphasis on proper form, this foundational class will teach you the basic movements of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength.

GENTLE YOGA
ALL LEVELS

This class incorporates simple slow flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, breathwork, balance, and flexibility.

 

Create space to set your intention for the day, and enjoy the benefits of a focused mind, open heart, and awakened body. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

POWER YOGA
VINYASA FLOW

Power yoga is a hybrid form of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance.

Power Yoga is a vinyasa flow style approach that combines balancing, stretching, and strengthening asana sequences to create long and lean muscles.

Power yoga emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next. Increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

STRETCH & WELLNESS

Stretch & Wellness is the perfect combination of recovery & rest.

 

Increase your range-of-motion, control muscles surrounding each joint, improve posture and relieve tension. Improve flexibility with active stretching and lengthening of our muscles.

 

Compliment your routine and your workouts, while allowing your body the release from the day-to-day.

LINE DANCING
EASY TO FOLLOW / LOW IMPACT

Line Dancing is easy to follow, synchronized movements that repeat. You do not need to have dance experience to participate in this class. It's all about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time!

SCULPT & STEP
STRENGTH & CARDIO

Sculpt & Step combines toning with cardio in an interval style high energy class!Mixing in resistance training to sculpt & tone ”trouble areas”.

 

Cardio intervals on the step boards will increase your heart rate, burn fat & boost endurance. Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio.

YOGA
BEGINNING / INTERMEDIATE

This class is for beginning and continuing yoga students. Variations of postures are introduced as you gain awareness of body, breath and mental focus. The gradual development of the postures leads to increased strength, flexibility and endurance. Modifications and challenges provided.

PILATES & CORE
LOW IMPACT TONING

Fire up your core and sculpt long, lean muscle with Pilates & Core. This class dives deeper into classical matwork and explores key Pilates exercises and their variations. Pilates & Core is designed to tighten and tone your the muscles that support a strong and stable core. Prepare to sweat, get stronger, and work your entire body with this complete Pilates workout.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength & Conditioning keeps the rest short and intensity high while building strength and conditioning with weights.

 

This type of training is the most effective way to get in shape as it ignites your metabolism to keep you burning more energy, even at rest.

 

From strength supersets to cardio work to ab circuits, these classes will push you to your limit. But on the other side, prepare to see and feel a stronger you.

YIN YOGA
SLOW PACED

Yin Yoga is slower and more meditative. Sink into a deeper connection of body and mind in this serene, meditative experience. You’ll be guided through relaxing postures with longer holds, (1-5 min.) designed to access deeper flexibility in both muscle and connective tissue.
