Personal Training

Many approach working out as a task to do without much thought for planning. They categorize it in their minds as a punch list item, much like cleaning or shopping for groceries. However, this approach to fitness will often yield poor or limited results. Unlike other basic day-to-day tasks, exercise requires a honed technique to achieve the desired results. Personal trainers can develop a workout routine, meal plan, and overall strategy for achieving your individualized goals!

  • Avoid injuries. I will teach you the right form and correct them as they go through the exercises, thereby reducing the risk of injuries.

  • Break through plateaus. Even the most experienced gym-goer will encounter the dreaded plateau. I can provide new techniques to push beyond the plateau while keeping you motivated.

One on One

Individual training sessions are designed and customized to your individuality. Tailored towards your needs, your goals and skill level.

Buddy

Partner Training is similar to Personal Training, but its trainer and two clients. It allows for a partnered, goal-specific session targeting both clients' specific strengths and weaknesses.

  • Monthly assessment to track both of your progress

Small Group

Small group training provides the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer, while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.

  • You & up to 4 people

  • 30 / 45 / 60 minutes packages
