Personal trainers can develop a workout routine, meal plan, and overall strategy for achieving your individualized goals!

Partner Training is similar to Personal Training, but its trainer and two clients. It allows for a partnered, goal-specific session targeting both clients' specific strengths and weaknesses.

Small Group
Small group training provides the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer, while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.

Sarah is owner of Evolve Fitness Studio. Sarah provides in person private personal training, small group training and instructs group fitness classes.

Fitness has been a passion of mine for over a decade. I love to cross train with all different types of workouts. My favorite part of being a Studio owner is watching people gain confidence & surprise themselves with their fitness progress.

Im married to my high school sweetheart. Together we have two little boys, a beagle & a kitten.
I love to travel. It sets my soul on fire. I count the days until I can see the ocean or mountains again. Supercross & Motocross are my sport. I follow the series obsessively & enjoy going to races.
