Personal training with all the benefits of small group environment. Work with a knowledgeable trainer to form correct & provide support. Build a community of like minded individuals to maintain accountability & encourage each other.



Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

February 8th - 15th

Wednesdays 5:45am - 6:45am

6 weeks // 60 minute sessions

$180 ($30 per session)
